传统的橡胶履带一般采用搭结式制造工艺, 制造的履带易伸长、钢丝帘线与带体的橡胶之间易产生相对滑移、履带节距的稳定的稳定性差, 另外履带整体性的抗拉强度也较低。而采用封闭式钢丝帘线环形无接头制造技术则能很好的避免这些产品的缺陷。
